This agreement applies to all ordering-related services provided by the system, including commodity ordering, order management, payment settlement and logistics delivery. By using our services, you agree that we may collect, use, store and protect your relevant information in accordance with this agreement.

1. Scope of Information Collection

1. Registration & Qualification Information: Enterprise name, business license, contact information, delivery address, invoicing information and other subject materials submitted during registration.
2. Transaction & Fulfillment Information: Order records, payment settlement data, logistics information, return and exchange records, customer service communication records and other transaction-related information.
3. System Usage Information: Access device information, IP address, operation logs, function usage records, etc., used to ensure service security and optimize user experience.

2. How We Use Information

1. Complete account verification and qualification review, and provide core ordering services such as order placement, order tracking, settlement and invoicing.
2. Detect abnormal transactions, prevent fraud risks, protect account and transaction security, and maintain normal system operation.
3. Optimize system functions and push business notifications and commodity promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. Cooperate with lawful inquiries from judicial authorities and regulatory departments to fulfill legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell your information. We only share necessary data under the following circumstances:

1. To complete transaction fulfillment, provide necessary order, delivery and settlement information to cooperative logistics, payment and invoicing service providers.

4. Information Storage and Security

1. Your information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Cross-border transmission will require your separate consent.
